Thank you to Farnham Golf Club

It was a huge pleasure to welcome Hilary and Colin to Treloar’s today.  They are former Captains of Farnham Golf Club and chose Treloar School and College as their nominated charity last year.  They presented Treloar’s Student Governor Sophie with a cheque as the result of all their hard work.

They organised many different fundraising events, including the annual Club Day in June and raised an enormous £10,233.82.  This money has been used to buy equipment, including a new running machine, for the physiotherapy team to use with students, to help their mobility and muscle tone in a controlled environment.  The new running machine is built to last and it is hoped will be in service as long as the previous one, which helped our students for fifteen years!   Treloar staff member Jason showed them the new machine and the range of functions we can use with our students.
