That’s a wrap – Walk For Treloar’s proves a huge hit with our supporters!

We were so pleased that over 75 walkers headed out over the Easter weekend, donning their Treloar’s t-shirts, raising awareness and vital funds for our students.

Thanks to all our supporters and walkers we’ve raised over £7150 – a fantastic amount! And with sponsorship from our fantastic corporate sponsors Fyffes UK, Newbury Building Society and ILS Case Management on top of this – money raised from this event will go a long way to helping our students right now.

Did you know that £25 can help get our students out onto a Community Skills Trip – enriching their experience and growing their independence – so your donations really do add up!

Our wonderful patron and the nation’s favourite gardener, Alan Titchmarsh MBE, also took part in the event. He said; “Huge thanks to all those who put on their sturdy boots and Walked for Treloar’s.

“I passed so many folk on my way over The Downs that weekend – everybody smiling and enjoying some bright Easter weather – on my walk anyway!

“It just goes to prove how strong is the local support for Treloar’s. Long may it continue.  Well done!”
